This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Oakvella, operated by BlueOak Commerce LLC.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, or unexpected delays, order processing may take longer than usual. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
2. Estimated Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, shipping destination, carrier, customs processing, product availability, and other factors beyond our control.
Typical estimated delivery times are:

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
We may offer free shipping on selected products, orders, or promotional campaigns.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
If tracking information does not update immediately, it does not always mean the package is lost. Tracking updates may be delayed while the package is in transit.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, email address, city, state, postal code, and country are correct before placing an order.
If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@oakvella.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order is significantly delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@oakvella.com with your order number.
We may request additional information, such as photos, tracking details, or confirmation from the shipping carrier, to investigate the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
BlueOak Commerce LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by local authorities.
8. Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages, especially if the items come from different suppliers or fulfillment locations.
If your order arrives in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
9. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@oakvella.com.
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return according to our Refund Policy.
